About this Position
- As a member in Brand Delivery team, this role will be responsible for the marketing of SKP& SP, specific brands to be determined by the candidate. We are looking for young talent who deeply understand business fundamentals (DT/NKA/Watsons/EC/salon), have capability to work closely with channels & TMKT and have passion to drive brand growth with commitment.
What you´ll do
- Brand Portfolio Management (15%) - work with Brand Design team to optimize existing portfolio as well as developing future NPD based on consumer needs.
- Brand Relaunch / NPD Launch Campaign Activation (20%) - lead integrated marketing plan including campaign brief, creative production, media plan, PR and social amplification across all touchpoints.
- Channel Optimization & Retail Enhancement (35%) – collaborate closely with TMKT & Channels to understand channel insights and optimize brand channel strategy, maximizing growth via elevated in-store experiences and innovative retail enhancement tactics.
- Business Tracking & Deep dive (20%) – with business acumen, keep tracking & analyzing brand sell-in & sell-out performance by product line by channel to ensure target achievement.
- MKT Budget Plan & Management (10%) – be responsible for brand annual budget plan and monthly expense tracking.
