What you´ll do

  • Execute day to day activities related to LATAM Customer Service operations in the area of HCB - Order Entry Processing and Management, Customer Purchase Order Entry, Status of Order, Order Tracking, and Deductions & other Debit/Credit Note creation activities
  • Process claim requests and manage disputes, including the creation, editing, and processing of credit and
    debit notes, depending on the case requirements
  • Generate and maintain Sales and Order Management reports for the Business Unit (BU)
  • Ensure accurate transfer of documents from designated platforms to enable the creation and modification of
    entry orders using the appropriate business tools
  • Enter, validate, track, and upload electronic invoices to specific customer web portals
  • Contribute to process improvements by proposing enhancements, updating process documentation, and
    identifying opportunities for automation and optimization across the workflow
  • Apply the Quality Management System in accordance with the ISO 9001:2015 standard in daily activities, while
    identifying and supporting continuous improvement initiatives

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management/ Administration, but other relevant courses may still be considered
  • Preferably with a minimum of one (1) year related work experience in an Industrial Business-to-Business (B2B) role; Background from a Shared Service or Multinational Working Environment is an advantage
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) is required; SAP is highly preferred
  • Having a background in Continuous Improvement (e.g. Lean Six Sigma) and in any of the following digital skills (VBA Macros, SAP scripting, Power BI, Python) is an advantage
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English; Must be a team player, detail-oriented, and have strong administrative skills
  • Amenable to work on a night shift schedule (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM), following LATAM holidays, and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati
