About this Position
The position is part of the Global Business Solution in Cairo (GBS+ Cairo), in the Marketing & Sales Process specifically handling the operation of Ideation to Launch.
What you´ll do
- Steering Henkel Projects coordination on systems in term of products launches, re-launches & promotions
- Responsible for execution of planned projects requests on time
- Daily requests and inputs on Henkel systems
- Communication with Stakeholders
- Coordination between different department involved in the projects launches
- Steering Artworks approvals cycle
- Quality checks on projects
- Daily follow-ups and status reports
- Reports for tracking project KPIs and timeline
- Takes active responsibilities for continuous improvement measurement
- Work on migrations and initiative plans implementation
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Management, Intergrated Marketing Communication or any relevant study
- 0-1 years of relevant work experience
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills
- Proactive caliber with strong project coordination and management skills
- Time management skills with a structured and cooperative personality
