About this Position
As a Regulatory Specialist your primary goal is to ensure the integrity and accuracy of our Raw Material data management system, Albert. By reviewing and updating critical information, you play a vital role in maintaining compliance with industry regulations and facilitating smooth operations across various departments. You will be part of a collaborative team that values open communication and continuous improvement. Interacting regularly with external suppliers and internal stakeholders allows you to gain insights and feedback that drive process enhancements. What you´ll do
- Actively communicates with external suppliers as well as with various stakeholders involved (plant representatives, PSRA/FP organization etc.)
- Tracks and evaluates supplier's email/phone responses/feedback
- Sends reminding emails and approaches suppliers by follow-up calls according to defined schedule; Follows agreed timeline for first request + three reminders
- Stores obtained Regulatory documents in the DORIS database, where relevant initiates Change Control (PIA) process to transfer newly obtained relevant information to SAP P03,
- Achieves high quality of output that is evaluated trough feedback from stakeholders and regular quality checks
- Gains deep knowledge of RM Data Collection procedure
- Gains good End-2-End understanding of ReMaP process including steps following data collection and its interdependencies to related processes and departments (e.g., FP, PSRA)
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
- Must have at least one (1) year work experience related to Research and Development, Regulatory (Material Compliance and Quality Management)
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel); SAP background is an advantage
- Willingness to work with numbers and data, keen to details, and able to manage stakeholders; Structured working approach, responsible and self-reliant person
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Amenable to work on a mid-shift schedule (1:00 PM to 10:00 PM), and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati
