About this Position

Henkel is looking for a Regional Sales Manager Infrastructure Repair Systems based in Algeria. As the Regional Sales manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and market expansion within your assigned region. You will be responsible for managing key accounts and executing strategies to achieve business targets while ensuring customer satisfaction and market competitiveness.

What you´ll do

  • Drive sales growth and market penetration across assigned geographic territory and targeted end markets 
  • Develop and execute territory and account strategies to achieve annual sales targets, expand market presence, and deliver sustainable growth
  • Build strong relationships with asset owners, key decision makers, and influencers, gaining a deep understanding of customer needs and decision-making processes 
  • Lead consultative, solution-based selling by presenting qualified repair systems that address customer challenges and operational requirements
  • Work effectively with channel partners, engineering, training, inside sales, and back-office teams to ensure seamless execution of customer projects
  • Maintain accurate opportunity, pipeline, and customer activity records within the sales system, and report on performance 

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience in the Oil and Gas sector
  • Established knowledge of, and professional contacts within, transmission pipeline, offshore, and onshore process pipeline markets
  • Organized, proactive, and disciplined in opportunity management, with strong proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrated learning agility and adaptability; technical expertise is advantageous but not essential
  • Fluency in English is highly required as well as French
