About this Position
Be part of the Global Business Controlling Team of Adhesive Technologies with exceptional visibility and plenty of room for personal & professional development in a highly international & dynamic environment.
What you´ll do
- Become a reliable business partner for the Innovation Community and share with them the passion for new ideas and commitment to drive fast and impactful innovation
- Take responsibility for steering the global Innovation OPEX and CAPEX budget leveraging your expertise in financial reporting, planning, and forecasting
- Create actively financial transparency and conduct ad-hoc and project related analyses for the Innovation Leadership team
- Collaborate and work closely together with various finance and non-finance functions around the globe in the best interests of Adhesive Technologies
- Strive for continuous improvement of existing and develop new value adding reporting and analytical tools to take our financial innovation steering to the next level
What makes you a good fit
- Top class university degree with major in controlling/finance, accounting, or similar subject
- 2+ years of relevant experience to the job is preferred
- Profound knowledge of controlling-related IT applications, high proficiency in Microsoft Excel & BI is expected, familiarity with SAP preferrable
- Collaborative personality with distinct “can do” attitude and willingness to achieve
- Proactivity, readiness of mind, ability to act independently and on your own responsibility
- Structured but agile and flexible working style
- Very good English language skills, preferrable international experience during education or professional life
