About this Position
- Dedicate to provide tech support and solutions for interior lamination and exterior bonding, sealing, coating applications.
- Responsible for defining the CTQ(customer technical requirements) and collaboration with PD to accomplish the innovation products development
- Handle customer complaints/ troubleshooting with technical expertise.
- Support technical training / marketing promotion event.
- Collaborate with Sales, BDM, PD and relevant stakeholders to deliver project goals
- The laboratory work to evaluate the potential solution, and report technical results to customers
What you´ll do
- Satisfying customer with professional and strong technical expertise to set up or reinforce the cohesion and trust between customer and Henkel to secure current business and gain more opportunities in the future with team efforts and support.
- Drive application, process and equipment innovation, develop best-in-class lab testing and application capability.
- Collaborate with regional and global AE and PD colleagues, leverage best practice cross regions, deep-dive major challenges in INT&EXT application.
What makes you a good fit
- Good experience on INT&EXT application or technology, above 5 years’ experience in the industry.
- Familiar with adhesive technologies, such as PU, acrylic, silicone, epoxy, silicone etc..
- Analytical and creative thinking, show initiative, and are enthusiastic about working in an international team and environment.
- Understand the technology trends in industry.
- Chemical/physics background with bachelor and above degrees.
- Excellent communication skill and fluent in English (spoken, written).
