What you’ll do
As a Finance & Business Controlling Intern supporting Henkel’s Hair Professional brands, you will:
- Gain hands-on experience in corporate finance through reporting, planning, and business analysis activities
- Provide business controlling and financial support to cross-functional teams
- Expand your knowledge of financial management and reporting with full exposure to the P&L
- Assist in preparing and analyzing financial reports to support strategic decision-making
- Participate in both independent and group projects that contribute to short-, mid-, and long-term financial planning
- Collaborate with finance and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization
What makes you a good fit
- A current undergraduate student planning to graduate in 2028 or 2029 and majoring in finance, accounting, business administration, supply chain, or similar
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Power BI and/or SAP experience are a plus
- Interest in the beauty industry

- This internship is not eligible for a housing stipend or relocation support.
- This internship has a duration of May 24th – August 13th.
- Recruitment for our 2027 internships starts in September 2026 and runs through early March 2027 or until all our positions are filled
