About this Position

 

What you´ll do

  • Develop and implement global controlling roadmap to address strategic priorities and drive long term value creation
  • Cascade roadmap and strategy ensuring transparency and effective communication across the FR Controlling community
  • Lead and coordinate global strategic controlling transformation initiatives across regions, functions, and business units, ensuring stakeholder alignment, engagement, and successful delivery
  • Initiate and execute end-to-end controlling projects to develop new analytical solutions, strengthen analytical capabilities, optimize controlling processes/activities and enhance FR controlling community
  • Support the deployment and adoption of new solutions, ensuring sustainable implementation, value realization, and continuous improvement
  • Build and maintain strong partnership with key stakeholders across Henkel to drive effective collaboration and execution 
  • Identify and leverage opportunities arising from digitalization, automation and AI to enhance business insights, decision-making, and controlling efficiency and effectiveness
  • Prepare executive-level analyses, presentations, business cases, and recommendations to support senior finance leadership in decision-making

What makes you a good fit

  • Master's degree in business administration or similar, ideally with focus on finance/controlling
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in finance / FP&A / controlling or related field, with a proven track record of driving business performance and value creation, international working experience is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with solid business acumen and a comprehensive understanding of financial statements and processes 
  • Strong digital and innovative mindset, with the ability to leverage advanced technologies to elevate activities, optimize processes, and accelerate transformation
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and self-driven
  • Strong learning agility, curiosity, and continuous improvement mindset, combined with a collaborative team spirit
  • Fluent English language skills
