About this Position

What you´ll do
- Update and input information regarding raw materials into the Document & Raw Information System (DORIS) SAP database
- Upload chemistry-related documentation to the DORIS database for easy access and compliance tracking
- Maintain and manage physical-chemical properties within the SAP system to ensure up-to-date records
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations by consolidating relevant data and insights
What makes you a good fit
- Must be an Undergraduate Student currently enrolled in a college/university studying Custom Management, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field
- Knowledge in MS Office 365 software is required; SAP knowledge is highly preferred
- Must be a team player with good skills in time management, analysis, and had great attention to details; Willingness to work with numbers and data, keen to details
- Proficient in both oral and written English communication skills
- Must be able to provide a signed Memorandum of Agreement, Endorsement Letter, and Medical Certificate from the college or university
- Amenable to work on a hybrid set up (combination of work from home and onsite in Ayala Avenue, Makati) and report for at least three hundred (300) on-the-job training hours
