About this Position
The RM Network Supply Planner plays a key role in ensuring a stable and efficient supply of products to the Korean market by managing end-to-end supply planning and sourcing activities. This role is responsible for coordinating with regional and inter-company suppliers, third-party vendors, and internal stakeholders to balance supply and demand, optimize inventory levels, and address supply-related issues. This role also contributes to claim management and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall supply chain efficiency and business continuity.
What you´ll do
- Manage the end-to-end supply planning process for imported goods from Asia / North America to ensure timely availability in Korea.
- Lead sourcing and procurement operations by coordinating with inter-company suppliers and third-party vendors.
- Monitor and optimize inventory performance, focusing on NES ratio and inventory days to reduce holding costs.
- Proactively manage slow-moving and aging inventory to minimize obsolescence and write-offs.
- Handle claim management related to trading operations, ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder alignment.
- Collaborate with Production planner and scheduler, Logistics, and QA teams to ensure supply-demand alignment and resolve operational issues.
- Work closely with 3rd Party Vendor and logistics partners to improve warehouse utilization and transportation efficiency.
- Support continuous improvement by identifying supply chain gaps and contributing to process enhancement initiatives.
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor’s degree and related field experience are required.
- 3- 5 years of work experience in Supply Chain is required.
- Proficiency in SAP and SAP experience is required.
- Fluent in English are required.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office especially Excel and Powerpoint.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills and willingness to learn
