About this position
What you´ll do
- Prepare and reconcile Output VAT Reports and ensure accurate tax reporting.
- Prepare and reconcile prepaid withholding tax accounts.
- Collect, analyse, and maintain tax incentive and tax benefit data for Corporate Income Tax (CIT) calculations.
- Prepare and support tax disclosure forms and related tax reporting requirements.
- Review and verify the completeness and accuracy of tax invoices (Sales for Domestic, Export and Free Trade Zones)
- Support tax audits, tax filings, and compliance activities as required.
- Provide tax-related data, analysis, and documentation to support tax projects and business initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external parties to ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations.
- Assist in identifying process improvement opportunities to enhance tax compliance and reporting efficiency.
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Taxation, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in taxation, accounting.
- Basic knowledge of VAT, withholding tax, and corporate income tax.
- Experience in tax compliance, tax reporting, and account reconciliation would be an advantage.
- Familiarity with export transactions, Free Trade Zones (FTZ), and related tax documentation is a plus.
- Strong in Microsoft Excel and SAP is advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and communication skills.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
