About this position
About this Position
- Implement category growth strategy and optimize real-time sales plan in T-mall channel.
- To deliver business results ensured by agile strategy, seamless operation, and efficient execution.
What you´ll do
- With full awareness on market dynamics and competitive landscape, implement monthly activation plan, key shopping festival campaigns and live-streaming plan in line with channel strategies.
- Perform ongoing analysis on operation metrics (including key item sales, traffic, conversion rate, consumer behaviors and paid media efficiency) to optimize real-time sales strategy, aiming at achieving business performance and maximizing the efficiency of marketing activities.
- Be responsible for Value Chain and set commercial KPIs, including cost, sellout, inventory, etc.
- Work closely with both internal cross-function teams and external parties.
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor above degree.
- English at workable level.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- At least 4 years working experience in FMCG industry.
- Strong communication skills and capacity of data analysis.
