Sales Account Manager Iberica & France

YOUR ROLE

  • Responsible for driving all demands and be the first point of contact of all functions within the customer
  • Responsible for profitable sales development of his/her local sales area for AIH Pressure Sensitive Adhesives: Tapes, Labels and Graphics market in Spain and Key Account in France
  • Analyse and develop customer potential and competition activities
  • Lead & initiate contacts at plants, R&D, quality, purchasing, logistics, marketing where applicable, management level
  • Maintain influential network at the customer and within Henkel on all key levels & dimensions
  • Coordinate and steer information & reporting flow between the sales area and the steering unit (Supply Chain, Front Office, TCS, PD, SU Management)
  • Identify and implement targeted projects, as well as pricing policy
  • Identify key/unmet customer needs and translate into innovation opportunities to feed the ADP pipeline
  • Develop specifics projects to fulfil Locals & key accounts needs via Capris CRM management tool. Act as the driver in running these projects at plant level
  • Negotiate and implement prices / payment terms / price adjustments / lock in business measures
  • Ensure prospecting via innovation to gain market share

YOUR SKILLS

  • Master’s degree in business administration and/or Technical / scientific background
  • Business and customer oriented, independent, with minimum 5-8 years’ experience in field sales or project management position
  • Self-starter, experience in managing key accounts (national or international)
  • An experience in the industrial adhesives is a plus - Regular national/international travel required
  • Requires a valid driver’s license
  • Up-to-date computer skills including business typing skills, strong literacy in Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Power Point, CRM
  • Contact management software
  • Outstanding communication capabilities, fluent in Spanish, French and English 
  • Outstanding presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
