YOUR ROLE
- Providing excellent support across the whole recruitment process for interns doing:
- Posting and active sourcing to create a data base and talent pipeline.
- Screening of incoming applications and active addressing of suitable candidates
- Conducting telephone interviews.
- Sending and recommend candidates for personal interviews and accompanying the supervisors during the process
- Guarantee a good pre-boarding and onboarding experience for interns.
- Management of interns (agreements with universities, onboarding, follow-up…)
- Help and support identifying challenges to develop a better talent attraction strategy for internships.
