YOUR ROLE

• Providing excellent support across the whole recruitment process for interns doing:
  • Posting and active sourcing to create a data base and talent pipeline.
  • Screening of incoming applications and active addressing of suitable candidates
  • Conducting telephone interviews.
  • Sending and recommend candidates for personal interviews and accompanying the supervisors during the process
• Guarantee a good pre-boarding and onboarding experience for interns.
• Management of interns (agreements with universities, onboarding, follow-up…)
  
• Help and support identifying challenges to develop a better talent attraction strategy for internships.

YOUR SKILLS

• Academic degree in psychology/hr/labor sciences or business/economics
  
• Excellent knowledge of Spanish and English
  
• Great communication and networking skills
  
• Ability to promote the image of the company
  
• Good knowledge of recruitment standards and processes
  
• Availability to establish Internship agreement with University for 9 -12 Months
