YOUR ROLE

  • Be an essential part of the Western European Marketing Team that develops and executes the marketing strategies of Henkel Adhesives - Industrial Manufacturing and Maintenance
  • Drive awareness and generate demand for our products and service solutions for the region
  • Adapt and implement activation plans to scale hero applications across customers and industries
  • Support global programs roll-out into countries while coaching the local teams during execution.
  • Identify new ways to generate leads and reach potential customers 
  • Work with agencies in the development of inbound and outbound strategies and the implementation of digital campaigns
  • Measure and report KPIs and ROI of campaigns and initiatives
  • Build up strong relationships with global, regional and local stakeholders (both internal and external)
  • Be entrepreneurial: think differently, pilot, learn, adapt and re-test.
  • Location of the role: Barcelona, Paris, Milano, London, Stockholm, Brussels, Düsseldorf or Athens.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Excellent university degree, preferably in business administration, engineering or information science. 
  • 2-3 years in international marketing communication, digital marketing or project management in a global company
  • Proven success in the roll-out of regional digital content campaigns for lead generation 
  • Goal oriented working-style, reliable in project management with track record of success 
  • Use data and analytics to measure and optimize marketing performance
  • High proficiency with PC applications: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Experience with digital tools such as Google Analytics, Data Studio, Power BI, Sprinklr, content collaboration systems, would be a plus 
  • Utilize an agile approach and actively drive a “test and learn” culture and mentality. Strong entrepreneurial drive, pro-active personality. 
  • Excellent English language skills 
  • Open and clear communication with key stakeholders across functions, countries, and external partners
