  • Steer, manage and follow-up of the respective brand categories strategy for WE to guarantee retention of customer and sustainable growth. 
  • Ensure successful implementation of annual activity plan and right application of Brand CI.
  • Lead tactical execution across spectrum of marketing channels and distribution channels. 
  • Responsible of regional harmonization in GTM and pricing strategy & positioning within the Region.
  • Steer implementation in the countries (KPI, distribution, GP1, L17) to ensure we achieve P&L targets. Increase market share and profitability in the region with the planned resources
  • Identify and promote strategic opportunities in all WE market.
  • Anticipate market trends and exchange with SBU and countries
  • Develop together with the local teams winning concepts allowing growth acceleration
  • Internal Marketing community creation with countries to create a strong winning and belonging culture. 


  • Min 2-3 years experience ( ideally in local marekting, marketing development) Must have ability to analyse and develop marketing plans.
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving skills. Proven understanding of effective brand positioning and strategy and business development
  • Demonstrated success working on multiple projects simultaneously from inception through completion
  • Willingness to get the job done and commitment to challenging the status-quo.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
  • Solid understanding of Beauty Industry
  • Strong interpersonal relations, relationship building skills & customer focus.
  • Team player with demonstrated ability to lead and influence others in the team outside of their direct-reporting lines
  • High stress, tolerance and adaptability.
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills, and be able to present information in a dynamic way
  • Fluency in English & Spanish is a Must (oral + writing). Any additional European Language is a benefit.
